FunnelOS follows a ZERO REFUND policy.
Once a payment is made, NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
By purchasing FunnelOS, you explicitly agree to this policy.
1. Digital Product – Instant Access
FunnelOS is a digital SaaS software that provides:
Instant account access
Immediate availability of tools, features, automations, and resources
Due to the nature of digital access, all sales are final.
2. No Refund – Any Reason Whatsoever
Refunds will NOT be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Personal, financial, or business reasons
Lack of time, knowledge, or skills
Not using the platform after purchase
Not getting expected results
Technical issues from user side
WhatsApp API approval issues or rejections
Meta / third-party policy changes
Platform updates or feature changes
Promotional, discounted, or special offers
Accidental or duplicate payments
Subscription renewals (monthly/yearly)
No exceptions. No partial refunds. No credits.
3. Subscription & Renewal Payments
All subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or custom plans) are non-refundable
Renewal payments are final and non-reversible
It is the user’s responsibility to cancel before renewal
Unused time or unused features do not qualify for any refund.
4. WhatsApp API & Third-Party Costs
Charges related to:
WhatsApp API usage
Message fees
Setup or verification fees
Third-party services
are completely non-refundable, regardless of usage or approval outcome.
5. Account Suspension or Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated due to:
Policy violations
Misuse or abuse
Fraudulent activity
Illegal usage
No refund will be issued, under any condition.
6. User Acknowledgment
By completing the payment, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood this policy
You agree that NO REFUND will be provided
You waive any right to dispute, chargeback, or claim a refund
7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised after purchase will be treated as a policy violation and may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Permanent account termination
Without any refund.
