Payments & Subscriptions
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
Payments are collected in advance (monthly/yearly plans).
Access is granted upon successful payment.
Auto-renewal may apply unless canceled before renewal date.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to users.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may apply under special circumstances as per our Refund Policy (available upon request or if separately published).
Intellectual Property
All materials on Funnel OS — including but not limited to logos, content, source code, designs, and visuals — are the exclusive intellectual property of Funnel OS. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written consent.
Third-Party Integrations
Funnel OS may integrate with third-party tools such as Razorpay, WhatsApp API, Google Calendar, and others. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or failures of these third-party services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:
Breach these Terms
Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
Engage in fraud, misuse, or unethical behavior
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and data may be deleted after a specified retention period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Funnel OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Data loss
Business interruption
Revenue or profit loss
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days before the incident.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
